Element Youth is thrilled to host our first annual YTHCON this summer from June 23-25th!  We have three action-packed days that will consists of powerful preaching, amazing worship, small groups, breakout sessions, friendly team competitions during the day, and evening after parties! We’re believing YTHCON25 is going to bring students deeper in their relationship with Jesus and that these three days will be life changing for every student that attends.

What to Bring

  • Bring water bottle, bible & pen and a CLEAR bag (backpack, crossbody, purse, fanny pack) if needed.
  • Any medications that need to be given during conference hours clearly labeled w/ student picture
  • We will provide a journal for note taking, a colored tshirt and wristband indicating their team identification, lunch & dinner will be provided.  We will have opportunity for the students to purchase snacks and on Tuesday evening we will have food trucks for them to purchase from.


Parent Info

  • Drop off on Monday  - Main entrance – doors open at 6:00pm
  • Tuesday & Wednesday – Main entrance – doors open at 9:00am (coffee truck available)
  • Pick up all 3 days will be in the Fireside cove on the NW side of the building at 9:00pm
  • Kids will be allowed their phones

  • Team Leads and Safety Team will need to be communicated with. Anyone leaving early will need to be signed out by parent or guardian.

    What are the sleeping arrangements?

        Students stay in supervised dorm-style rooms, separated by gender. Each room has adult leaders assigned for oversight and support.

    Can I choose my roommates?

        Yes! Note roommate requests during registration. We'll do our best to accommodate groups of 4-6 students together.

    What's included in the registration cost?

        Your registration covers lodging, all meals, conference materials, a t-shirt, and access to all activities and sessions.

    What's the cell phone policy?

        While phones are allowed, we encourage limited use during sessions and group times to help students stay present and engaged.

    Do you have medical staff on-site?

        Yes! We have a medical team available 24/7 and collect all medical information during registration.

    What about dietary restrictions?

        Our dining team accommodates most dietary needs. Please note all restrictions during registration.

    Do you provide snacks?

        Yes! We provide morning and afternoon snacks. Please pack a lunch for your child.

    What's your policy on early departure/late arrival?

        While we recommend attending the full conference, we understand schedules vary. Please note timing during registration.

    How do you handle homesickness?

        Our experienced leaders are trained to help students feel connected and engaged throughout the conference.

    What's the adult supervision like?

         We maintain a strong ratio of adult leaders to students, with trained staff and security teams on site 24/7.
